Object of the SUPERVISA contractRE DESIGN AND EXECUTION CONTRACT "Widening to 4 lanes of the road belt of the Municipality of Bucharest South between A1 (km 55,520) and DN 5 (km 40,000) - LOT II Widening to 4 lanes of the road belt of the Municipality of Bucharest South between km 54 700 and DN 5 (km 40,000)" will consist of providing services tohigh quality supervision, both during the design and execution period of the works and during the warranty period of the works, in order to monitor the correct use of available funds and to ensure that the Contractor designs and executes the works in accordancewith the contractual obligations, especially regarding the duration, quantity, quality and cost of the design and works.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline by which any economic operatoromic interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
